Your own exchange, on a book that behaves under load.

QCEX is a centralised exchange built sandbox-first: deterministic price-time matching, a double-entry ledger where every balance is a balanced posting, a dense professional terminal over both, Earn, and a Launchpad that lists your token to your own traders. We put your brand on it, plug in your pairs and fees, launch it for you, and hand over the source.

02 · Why

Why projects launch QCEX

Book your launch review
01
List your token on your venue

Launchpad takes a project from application through a capped, pro-rata raise to a spot pair on the same book. Your project, your traders, your listing, your rules.

02
Numbers you never apologise for

Every fill and fee commits in one transaction; every balance is a balanced posting. The matcher and the fee engine are checked against independent oracles, and the journal can be replayed.

03
A terminal traders already know

Order book, candles with indicators, market trades and a ticket with real time-in-force, laid out the way desks expect. Nothing to relearn on day one.

03 · The category

The venues your traders use today, by the numbers.

Reported figures for the three largest centralised exchanges. Your exchange does not need their scale to be worth running: it needs your token, your traders and a book that holds.

Binance and OKX do not publish revenue; their figures are trading volume as reported by the company and by CoinGlass. Coinbase's figure is audited total revenue from its SEC filing. 04 · Matching

Price-time priority your traders can trust and your auditors can replay.

Orders match in strict price-time order with self-trade exclusion. One writer per market, and every economic effect of a fill, fees included, commits in a single transaction. The matcher is checked against a separate integer oracle on generated command streams, so a fill is never a matter of opinion.

For your users
Fair queue position: first at a price is first filled
Fills, fees and balances that agree with each other, always
For you
SQL price-time matcher, self-trade excluded, single writer per market
A 1,000-command oracle suite in the sandbox; higher gates are on the plan you receive

05 · Two books

The reference market beside your book, never blended into it.

The order book shows two sources and says which one is on screen. The Binance reference view is full-snapshot depth, sixteen levels a side, refreshed every 100 ms, so your traders see the wider market. Your sandbox book is what their orders execute against. Reference data never creates an order or a journal entry.

For your users
One toggle between the wider market and the executable book
A trade tape of the last 40 deduplicated aggregate trades
For you
depth20@100ms snapshot replacement; crossed or unsorted levels rejected

06 · Order ticket

Limit, market, and a time-in-force that means what it says.

GTC, IOC, FOK and post-only are enforced on the server, not decorated on the client. Market orders route as protected IOC. Quantities and notionals are derived on the server from tick, step and minimum-notional filters, and the fee is reserved conservatively at placement, so a trader is never surprised at settlement.

For your users
A ticket that pulls the live best price with one click
Flat, visible per-fill fee, reserved up front
For you
0.10% per fill by default; your fee schedule at launch
Fee engine checked against one million seeded vectors

07 · Market data

Charts your traders expect, and a feed that says "stale" instead of guessing.

TradingView Lightweight Charts with 500 bars of history from one minute to one day, and SMA, EMA, Bollinger bands and RSI computed locally against independent oracles. Behind them, a read-only relay with no database credentials and no published port fans prices out every 250 ms; if a ticker and a book receipt do not both arrive within five seconds, the terminal shows stale and disables the ticket.

For your users
Six timeframes, four studies, crosshair OHLC, zoom, pan and fit
A market list with live reference prices and 24-hour volume
For you

08 · Ledger and Earn

Every balance a balanced posting. Earn built on the same ledger.

Available, held and product balances are separate buckets in an append-only double-entry ledger with exact decimals. Transfers between Spot and Funding are idempotent. Earn subscribes from Spot and redeems at any time, every movement visible in the user's ledger activity, so your finance team reconciles from one source of truth.

For your users
Available, reserved and product balances kept visibly separate
Subscribe and redeem with the movements listed in their activity

A Launchpad project in the QCEX sandbox: its stage timeline, demo terms and the allocation preview calculator
09 · Launchpad

Your token, listed to your own traders.

Launchpad is the listing pipeline built into the venue. A project moves through Upcoming, Fundraising, Allocation and Ready to list. During Fundraising a trader previews a pro-rata share of the sale pool against the project's caps before any money moves. Run it for your own token first, then open it to projects that want to list on your exchange.

For your users
Search and stage filters across live projects
An allocation preview with a 10 USDT minimum and per-person caps
For you
Integer-arithmetic allocation with under- and over-subscribed cases worked through

10 · Accounts

Sessions, cookies and throttling done the way security reviewers ask for.

Credentials are stored with BCrypt. Sessions are hashed, expire, and can be revoked. Cookies are Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict, requests from a foreign origin are refused, and sign-in is throttled on the server. A versioned REST API returns exact amounts with documented errors.

For your users

11 · Live in six weeks

From launch review to a branded exchange in six weeks.

The exchange exists. The six weeks go on your brand, your pairs, your fees, your feed, and the risk sign-off an exchange deserves.

Week 1
Launch review, then your brand and markets

Forty-five minutes with the engineers who will do the work; you leave with the pairs, the fee schedule, the plan and a number. Then name, colours and logo, and your pairs with their tick sizes, steps and minimum notionals.

Weeks 2 to 3
Your feed and your makers

Your reference feed in the relay, your makers connected and quoting, your fee schedule live, and Launchpad configured for your own listing.

Weeks 4 to 5
Risk sign-off and QA

Derivatives risk parameters and surveillance tuning agreed with your team; the matcher, fee and ledger suites run against your configuration; backups and restore rehearsed.

Week 6
Launch

Four containers on your host or ours, TLS, monitoring. Then the source, the docs and the keys.

12 · How an order settles

How an order settles, end to end.

01 · Place

The ticket sends side, type, price, quantity and time in force. The server derives exact amounts from the market's filters and reserves the fee.

02 · Match

The single writer for the market walks the book in price-time order, excluding self-trades, and commits every fill and fee posting in one transaction.

03 · Post

The ledger records balanced entries: available and held move together, the quote fee moves to the fee account.

04 · Show

Open orders, order history and trade history read the same journal the matcher wrote.

Walk through it with the engineers who built it
13 · What you get

Four containers, one command, all yours.

QCEX ships as web, API, MySQL and the market-data relay in a Docker Compose stack with one-command bootstrap, checksum-verified builds and Flyway migrations. Backup and restore-rehearsal scripts reconcile the journal into an isolated schema. You get the stack, the tests, the evidence, and the evidence-gated plan for margin, futures, custody, KYC and surveillance.

Included in the launch
Hosted proof: the sandbox runs behind TLS on an independent database with no published host ports
Upgrades apply migrations through the new API image; named-volume persistence
Every roadmap node has acceptance criteria and a challenge loop before it passes
Your team can run it, or we run it for you
About the demo
The sandbox trades synthetic assets on Binance reference prices; it is a development preview, not a qualified exchange release. Your launch runs on your feed and your rails.
14 · Pricing

One price. Quoted at your launch review.

QCEX is sold as a white-label installation plus the customisation that makes it yours. What that costs depends on what you bring and what you want changed, so we give it to you in person: forty-five minutes with the engineers who would do the work, and you leave with a scoped plan, a six-week schedule and one number.
