Three exchanges.
One stack.
Your name on it.

Quantellics builds the trading products you would otherwise spend three years and forty engineers on — a tap-to-trade app, a peer-to-peer desk, and a full orderbook exchange — then hands you the keys, the source and the licence. Institutional depth and autonomous agents are in the box, not on a roadmap.

01 · Why white-label

Every exchange that failed in the last cycle failed on plumbing, not on product. Quantellics sells the plumbing — matching, custody integration, escrow, risk, compliance tooling — and leaves the brand, the fee schedule and the customer entirely yours.

01
Source, not a black box

Perpetual source licence on day one. Your engineers read the matching engine, your auditors read the risk module, and nobody waits on our sprint board.

02
Your custody, your keys

Fireblocks, Copper, Ceffu, Cobo or your own MPC cluster. We never hold client funds and never sit in the withdrawal path.

03
Liquidity from the first trade

Four institutional desks are pre-integrated. Your book opens with two-sided quotes instead of a screen of empty rows.

04
Agents shipped, not stubbed

Autonomous trading is a first-class surface across all three products — deliberative LLMs for strategy, System 1 reflex models for execution.

02 · Product one · Maya

Tap to trade.
Nothing else on the screen.

Maya is a mobile-first discovery terminal: a live feed of tokens, one thumb-sized action per card, and a fill before the user has finished reading the name. No order ticket, no chart to interpret, no 14-field form. Position sizing, slippage bounds and MEV protection are decided once in settings and never asked again.

Shipped as your app, in your stores, under your developer account — with your fee split settling to your treasury on every fill.

03 · Product two · P2PDEX

Buyer, seller, and a contract that holds the coin.

A decentralised peer-to-peer desk where your users post ads in their own currency and settle through an on-chain escrow your company never touches. Merchants, appeals, reputation, ad pricing bands and a dispute console all ship with it — the operating model of the large P2P desks, without the custody exposure that comes with them.

01 · Post
Ads with guardrails

Floating or fixed price · min/max bands enforced against an index · counterparty filters by age, volume and completion rate

02 · Lock
Escrow on-chain

Audited 2-of-3 contract · seller funds locked before chat opens · operator key can only arbitrate, never withdraw

03 · Pay
46 fiat rails

PayNow, UPI, PIX, SEPA instant, M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash · receipts hashed into the trade record

04 · Release
Disputes in 40 minutes

Evidence timeline with immutable chat · median resolution 38 min · every ruling written to the audit ledger

Merchant tiers and bonds

Verified merchants post a bond, get better ad placement and lower fees. Slash the bond on a proven fraud and the buyer is made whole from it — not from your balance sheet.

Compliance that survives a regulator

Travel-rule messaging, sanctions screening on both legs, chain-analytics scoring on every deposit address, and per-jurisdiction ad blocking configured from the console.

Zero custody for you

The operator earns a fee on completed trades and holds nothing in between. In most jurisdictions that is a materially lighter licence conversation. Ask your counsel; we will give them the architecture note.

“We had a licence, a treasury and eleven people. What we did not have was three years. The P2P desk was taking real trades in six weeks — and it was ours, down to the contracts.”

04 · Product three · LauraCEX

A central limit book that behaves under load.

LauraCEX is spot, derivatives and margin on one deterministic matching core, with two front ends over it: Basic for the person buying their first hundred dollars of BTC, Pro for the desk running twelve pairs and a hotkey map. Same accounts, same risk engine, one toggle between them — and ultra-low-latency co-location with high-frequency trading support across all our products.

05 · Liquidity

Your first day should look like someone else's thousandth.

Every Quantellics venue opens with institutional depth already quoting. Four market makers are integrated at the protocol level — not referred, not "available on request". You sign with the desk directly; we carry the connectivity, the hedging feeds and the failover.

The smart order router treats them as one pool: best-bid aggregation on screen, RFQ for size above the book, and automatic withdrawal of any desk that breaches its quoted spread or its latency budget. Add your own makers on the same interface whenever you are ready.

06 · Agentic trading

Autonomous trading, out of the box.

Every Quantellics product ships with an agent runtime, not an integration guide. Users connect a model, describe a mandate in plain language, set hard limits, and the agent trades inside them — with a signed decision log for every order it sends. Bring your own API key or resell inference through your own gateway.

What the runtime gives you
Mandates, not prompts
Notional cap, drawdown stop, venue and asset allow-lists, session expiry — enforced by the risk engine, not by the model's good behaviour
Signed decision log
Every order carries the model, version, prompt hash and the reasoning that produced it
Paper first, always
Shadow mode against live prices for as long as you want before a single cent is committed
One kill switch
Per agent, per user, per venue — cancels open orders and flattens in under two seconds

07 · System 1 · JEV

A language model decides what to trade. JEV decides when.

JEV is the reflex layer. No tokens, no chain of thought, no API hop — a small non-verbal model that reads raw order flow and answers one question continuously: act now, wait, or pull. It runs in the same process as the matching engine and returns in 0.8 milliseconds. Every Quantellics product carries it.

Same decision, measured end to end
Hosted LLM agent · plan and confirm2,400ms
Self-hosted open model · single call340ms
JEV · in-process reflex0.8ms
Median, Singapore region, 30-day window. The JEV bar is drawn at true proportion — 1.6% of the width of the row above it.
Trained on flow, not text

Book deltas, trade prints, cancel storms, funding shifts — the signals a good market maker feels before they can explain them.

Runs where the money moves

14MB, CPU-only, no network call. It ships inside the gateway and inside the Maya app itself, so a phone on a train gets the same reflex as a co-located box.

It supervises the talkers

An LLM proposes; JEV holds the order until the book agrees, or vetoes it outright. Roughly one in nine agent orders is delayed or dropped this way.

Tuned on your venue

Retrained monthly on your own flow, versioned like any other release, with the previous weights one click away.

08 · Connectivity

Every chain, every venue, every wallet your users already have.

Maya, P2PDEX and LauraCEX share one integration layer, so support is never per-product. Adding a chain, an exchange connection or a wallet is a configuration change in the console — not a release, and never a bill from us.

09 · Delivery

Built in Singapore. Run wherever your licence says.

We are a Singapore company and we build to the standard our regulators expect — segregated environments, documented change control, and an audit trail nobody has to reconstruct after the fact. Your deployment lands in your cloud account, your region, under your operators.

Two commercial shapes

A one-time build with a perpetual source licence, or a monthly platform fee with a capped revenue share. No per-trade take rate in either.

Your name on everything

Apps, domains, emails, statements and support inbox. Quantellics appears in your contract and nowhere else.

Compliance stack included

KYC/KYB vendor of your choice, sanctions and PEP screening, travel rule, chain analytics, SAR workflow and regulator-ready exports.

Operated, if you want

24/7 follow-the-sun cover from Singapore and Lisbon, or a two-week handover to your own team. Both are priced up front.
